Seven goes Radiohead…

Ny Nine Inch Nails skiva finns nu tillgänglig att ladda hem gratis (de första 9 låtarna) eller köpa (alla 36) för några få dollar!

Jag valde $5 alternativet med 36 låtar. Trist nog så verkar nedladdningen ta sin lilla tid så jag kan inte komma med något utlåtande än.

Radioheads nya skiva drabbar mig djupt och hårt. Det gör ont, jag måste lyssna på hög volym, jag upplever musiken i hela kroppen. Musik som kan få mig gråta, må illa men ändå älska.

Jag gillar verkligen tanken bakom att bland andra Radiohead och nu Saul Williams (tillsammans med Trent Reznor) väljer att släppa sin musik fri och låta oss konsumenter välja hur mycket vi vill betala. Jag har ingen aning om hur Saul Williams låter men signade precis upp mig på http://niggytardust.com/ för att få ladda ner skivan den 1:a november när den släpps. Radiohead har jag ännu inte laddat hem, mest pga att jag vill betala så mycket som möjligt (min lön kom först idag).

”Trent Reznor is planning to turn Nine Inch Nails’ concept album Year Zero into the next little-screen saga. Reznor told a U.K. magazine that he already has a producer attached to the project and has been meeting with writers with the goal of selling the idea as a television series. “We’re about to pitch it to the network, so we’re a couple of weeks away from meeting all of the main people, and we’ll see what happens,” Reznor said. “We may record a new soundtrack for the show. We’ll see, but there’s already the Year Zero record attached to the story.” Would Reznor’s elaborate depiction of our doomed world circa 2023 make for good TV? We’re revisiting the entire Year Zero story from its innovative promotion scheme to its release to decide.”
